Located at the heart of Yeadon on the outskirts of Leeds, the Woolpack is truly a home from home for locals. The Pub

The Woolpack is ideally located on the main road in Yeadon, and welcomes guests from within the local area and the surrounding City of Leeds. The pub has recently benefitted from an investment that breathed a new lease of life into the pub, now boasting a cosy and comfortable open plan trading area known as the communities living room. This area is naturally split into the main bar, which is ideal for enjoying a relaxed drink and a dedicated restaurant area.

The Woolpack also boasts a stunning beer garden. Located at the front of the pub, it has seating for up to 50 guests, making this the place to be to enjoy a crisp pint in the sunshine.

This fantastic pub opportunity comes with spacious domestic accommodation above the pub, allowing our partners to immerse themselves in local life and really become a part of the community.
