Digital Marketing Executive - CRM Specialist - London

The Restaurant Group Plc (TRG) is a significant player in the UK casual dining market, operating over 300 restaurants and pubs which include Frankie and Benny's, Wagamama, Chiquito, and Brunning & Price pubs. We also operate a concession business, which trades in many of the UK airports.

 

This is an exciting time for TRG - as well as recent changes and innovation to develop our offering and customer experience in our established, iconic brands such as Frankie and Benny's, we are also pursuing other growth opportunities within the dining sector, exploiting online brands, delivery, click and collect and grab and go.

 

The Role

We are looking for a strong digital all-rounder candidate specialising in CRM to help lead the execution and development of our CRM strategy and campaign activation. You will be part of the Leisure & Concessions division, reporting into the Digital Marketing Manager, your key role will be to activate marketing campaigns, identifying and targeting different audiences and building engaging and on brand content. You will also be expected to support in tasks like landing page creation and optimisation, website management and upgrades, and execution of search marketing and paid advertising.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing, planning and optimising CRM campaigns in line with marketing calendars
  • End to end execution of email marketing campaigns, journeys and push notifications
  • Developing the data segmentation and dynamic content strategy to deliver personalised campaigns
  • Implementing comprehensive A/B tests to drive continuous advancement of email capabilities
  • Reporting on performance of CRM activity, giving insight into trends and forming plans for optimisation
  • Collaborating with brand and design teams to develop content that is engaging and on brand
  • Supporting the Digital Marketing Manager with PPC, Social Ads and reviewing potential MarTech.
  • Maintain website content across all brands (Contentful)
  • Ensuring the CRM platform captures all required information within the guest cycle and mapping guest journeys by analysing touch points to maximise commercial opportunities

 

Required Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years in guest facing CRM sales position
  • CCS, HTML and InDesign skills
  • Intermediary knowledge of Google Analytics GoogleAds, FacebookAds,
  • Experience with Exponea and MoveableInk platforms is desired, but not required
  • Problem solving skills, able to help the team find solutions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, copywriting expertise is key
  • Time management, efficient and well organised, can manage multiple tasks
  • Experience in the industry is desired, but not required
