The East London Pub Co was founded in 2014.

We have 4 incredible sites in London across Spitalfields, Soho & Camden.

This year we will be opening another 3 London sites creating fantastic opportunities in our new and current sites

We are a small independent company who are looking for leading General Managers to come and join the family.

We are a growing company and looking for strong individuals with great business sense, creative ideas, leadership & communications skills. We want General Managers to join the family who are self-motivated and extremely driven to be the very best that they can be.

People are at the heart of Hospitality and so we are looking for General Managers who are extremely hands on, loves interacting with customers & really looks after the team.

You will be empowered to run your run and supported along the way. You will be responsible to build and train a very high performing team and deliver sales & all round aspects of the business

The role?

We are looking for an experienced General Manager who has at least 3 years’ experience working in pubs and bars. Experience of new openings would be of advantage.  

We only wish to hire passionate individuals who love to push the boundaries and really has fire in their belly when it comes to hospitality. A positive outlook is the heart of the company

You will have full responsibility of your venue along with your management team.

You will take ownership of your team and ensure that high standards are met, training is in order, people are in place & customers receive exceptional service.
