Duties and Responsibilities

• Administration and responsibility for the management of the LMS (Flow Learning Environment)
• Coordinate content development projects with SMEs and authors
• Maintain the LMS (Flow), with accurate personnel and correct information
• Manage the Digitial Learning Helpdesk - Assigning new training, adding new starters, moving managers to correct branches etc.
• Maintain and disseminate a suite of regular reports to key stakeholders in the business for training and compliance
• Create online course materials for key programmes in a variety of formats when required, e.g. eLearning, videos, screen recordings, webinars
• Provide guidance on best practice for content formats and setting up courses on Flow
• Assist with on boarding of educational technologies to internal and external colleagues
• Assist with administration of new learning platforms as and when required

Person Specification

• Comfortable with learning new authoring tools. Being competent with PowerPoint will greatly support with this.
• Computer literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications especially PowerPoint and confident in Excel (Excel Worksheets, Vlookups, Advanced Formulae, Formatting)
• Strong command of written English, with the ability to proof read content
• Experience in coordinating multiple projects
• Proactive and organised with ability to plan own workload
• Thorough and can demonstrate attention to detail
• Flexible to change, can multitask, and work to tight deadlines
• Demonstrate a professional approach with internal colleagues and external partners
• Work on own initiative and be a good team player

Desirable

• Experience with using Flow LMS
• High understanding of Excel (Advanced Charting, Index + Match, Pivot Tables and Pivot Reporting, VBA & Macros, Data Tables)
