Lead Business Change Manager (12 Month Fixed Term) - Leeds
Do you have an analytics and marketing business change background? Do want the opportunity to be part of an exciting Customer Transformation Programme?
You will support the definition of business change plans to enable the Asda community to embed the use of marketing technologies, creating a data-driven, agile culture to deliver profitable customer experiences. Leading Change Squads to adopt a common change methodology to identify change impacts and upskilling opportunities. Acting as the change leader, you will be responsible for the day to day change, business adoption tracking, and the training program associated to the Customer Transformation Program. You will support the Change Sponsor by ensuring communications are being developed and distributed in line with a communication plan that not only delivers on facts but motivates Asda colleagues to embrace this exciting time at Asda.
You will play a key role in driving the outcomes of the Customer Transformation. You will work closely with the Customer Transformation Program lead, and alongside the Customer Team Senior Directors & Technology Teams to embed a sustainable change that ultimately leads to operational efficiencies and growth in core capabilities needed in a 'customer first' organisation.
The evolution of customer-related capabilities will require you to facilitate discussions with HR, Learning and Development, and Line Managers to optimise processes and governance in line with a core set of customer key performance indicators.
Steering and supporting product owners to complete change impact assessments associated to adoption of Customer Insight Platforms and Marketing & Media Platforms.
- You will be an experienced 'marketing focused' change leader (+5 years)
- You must be results-orientated and have a high agree of technical competence
- You can demonstrate good communication skills and be able to connect with Exec level sponsors
- You must be able to help people solve problems and make decisions
