Maintenance Assistant - The Bay Colwell Holiday Resort

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Assistant to join our team at the Bay Colwell holiday resort. Working as part of a team, the Maintenance Assistants ensure the facilities and accommodation are maintained to a high standard and safely operating for guests to enjoy on their luxury holiday break.

You will be responsible for -

• Decorating accommodation and communal areas to keep the resort looking it's best
• Completing remedial maintenance work across accommodation and site facilities

• Completing checks to identify maintenance requirements
• Dealing with guests to help answer queries
• Working to a deadline to achieve all the works required, but still ensuring the standards are upheld

A bit about you -

• An all round handy man with a proven track record of delivering the highest standards
• Strong background in decorating, with excellent attention to detail
• Experience in a caretaker role would be preferable
• Taking pride in your work to deliver excellent results
• Flexible approach to work, able to juggle conflicting deadlines and a high work load
• A valid full UK driving licence
