We are looking for an experienced Park Warden/Manager to join our team at our residential park. You are the face of the company and the link between Aria and the residents. No task is too much trouble, no problem left unsolved. Helping our residents maintain their properties, and keeping the park to a high standard, you will take pride in all that you do.

Your role:

• Management of the park team, ensuring the highest standards in service and standards are upheld at all times
• Developing your team to always put the guest first, ensuring no problem is left unresolved
• Completing rota's to meet the check in requirements of the resort
• Working closely with the maintenance team to correct issues and improve standards
• People management of the team, completing probationary reviews, appraisals and development plans
