As a Spa Supervisor you will focus on the operational element of the spas, supervising the whole team of hosts and therapists who provide a unique and caring approach to the guests whilst ensuring accuracy and attention to detail within the spa. To be able to motivate, support & lead by example, ensuring smooth day to day running of the spa. You will work in partnership, with the Spa Manager, to lead by example and manage the team.

Our ideal Spa Supervisor will have the following skills and experience:

- Relevant experience in the beauty industry

- NVQ Level 2 & 3 or BTEC Level 2 & 3 preferred

- Elemis training preferred but not essential

- Ability to work without supervision

- An eye for quality standards and safety

- Enthusiasm for working with customers

Hours: 40 hours over 5 days including weekends and Bank Holidays especially during peak periods (e.g. school holidays)
