Online Product Merchandiser

As the Online Product Merchandiser, we’ll look to you to ensure that all products which appear on the Pets at Home website are accurate with engaging content and imagery. This role ensures we create an online experience that is second to none for our customers and so maximises conversion and sales.

 

You will work closely with the Online Trading Team and other areas within the business to ensure our product pipeline launches in time and on brand. This role will contribute to our end goal of a fully personalised customer experience that integrates pet care across Store, Multi-Channel and Vets to deliver a seamless service.

 

Key experience required for this role includes:

Similar experience in a fast moving, retail environment Online Merchandising experience Creative skills, experience spotting commercial opportunities Intermediate Excel experience to manage data The ability to communication effectively, to internal and external stakeholders

The successful candidate should ideally have experience in Adobe Photoshop and HTML but this isn’t essential.
