Senior Salesforce Administrator

As the Senior Salesforce Administrator, you’ll be the primary contact for the system which includes Support and Maintenance, Governance, Enhancement and Improvements and building relationships with key suppliers in the Salesforce Ecosystem.

 

You will understand all aspects of the salesforce configuration and technical / functional capabilities whilst ensuring all issues and incident are managed and where necessary include the wider Group IT teams.

 

Experience required for this role includes:

 

Experience of Service Cloud Experise in Sales Force implementations Experience of working within a system service environment Process Design Good project management skills

The successful individual will be an SME in their space and senior members of the team will look to them to share knowledge and upskill in a variety of areas.
