EU Activity Managers - Holiday Villages Resorts
We’re looking for talented, dedicated and dynamic EU Activity Managers to join our ted team at Holiday Villages resorts!
About the role
Each of the Holiday Villages have an Activity Manager who organises the ted team and operation on site. The Activity Manager is responsible for the day to day administration, team management and operation as well as an integral support for the wider senior management team in resort. This is not an office based role with regular hours. As part of the role there is the need to support and develop team members as well as liaise with various hotel and First Choice management to ensure the smooth operation of the resort.
For all roles staff are also expected to take on occasional additional activities as and when required, these can include (but not limited to) – Welcome meetings, kids disco’s and team shows.
Activity Managers will ideally have previous experience in managing or supervisory roles as well as preferably experience of working with children.
This role requires a multitude of skill sets, from attention to detail and care to enabling development of others.
We’re looking for supervisors and managers with a forward-thinking attitude and approach, and someone who has the ability to work under pressure.
This role will see you work in a diverse team, so experience of that is essential, as well as possessing a proven track record in achieving excellent customer service.
All training will be provided by our dedicated ted team. Flights, food, accommodation and medical insurance is also included in the contract.
