We are looking for a Leisure Centre Manager.

You will need to be an enthusiastic leader, commercially astute and focused on delivering an exceptional standard of customer service.
You will have experience of operating within a similar environment and be able to demonstrate high level people management and communication skills and a consistent delivery of business targets and KPI's.

Overseeing the day to day operations of the leisure centre, you will be responsible for the duty management team, ensuring that facilities are to required standards and that teams are customer focused.
Equally important is the responsibility to maintain and develop the programme of activities at the centre by working collaboratively with clubs, coaches and community groups to ensure the space is utilised.
You will engage with existing customers acting on feedback and building links into the community with outreach activity, supporting or hosting events.
