CRM Planner - Leeds

You will help build and land our targeted Direct to Customer Communications programme delivering world class campaigns across various channels with the aim of driving customer retention and acquisition.
You will help to shape, optimise, and drive the delivery of our new targeted strategy. You will work as part of our broader CRM team managing the planning, creation, and execution of our George communications. Using our data and insights to deliver targeted and engaging personalised communications.

You will be a key team member working as part of our CRM team alongside the CX, Data and Design teams to deliver our Direct to Customer communications strategy. You will be integral in delivering the plans as well as optimising them through implementing testing plans to improve the results and relevancy of campaigns, enhancing engagement through audience targeting and boosting conversion through enhanced personalisation and dynamic content.
As well as working alongside third party agencies and numerous internal stakeholders on a daily basis to achieve optimised comms, you will work with our online teams to ensure a clear customer journey and with our creative teams to ensure a consistent Brand message.
- CRM experience in a B2C environment, preferably with ecommerce retail experience
- Understanding and competency of using ESPs
- The ability to demonstrate a customer centric mind-set, strong attention to detail and the ability to flex plans and reprioritise
