Salary: £45k-£50k + 15% bonus opportunity + excellent benefits

An exceptional opportunity for an experienced and high calibre Senior General Manager or Area Manager.

The successful candidate will lead their own fitness club and support multiple heads of department at two other locations across London.

Responsibilities include

• Effectively manage, lead, engage and develop your club team in line with the brand values
• Effectively manage, lead, engage and develop other managers in the business
• Achievement of KPIs which includes membership sales and retention, performance, member satisfaction etc.
• Maximizing membership sales, retention and revenue
• Creating and inspiring a culture of service excellence, personalized member engagement and member/guest satisfaction
• Management of facility and operational standards, Health and Safety and regulatory compliance

• High-energy and be able to travel between physical sites regularly (London zones 1 & 2)

Schedule

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends

Experience

Evidence of commercial overachievement in previous roles is sought.
