We’re looking for talented, dedicated and dynamic Activity Supervisors to join our ted team at Holiday Villages resorts!

About the role

This role is an assistant role to the activity manager, supporting and assisting in all aspects of operation, ensuring excellence in standards and safety. Duties will include office duties, including (but not limited to) – timetables, weekly reports, one to one’s.

As part of the activity supervisor role, safety is a very important aspect, this role will be responsible for ensuring the completion of the safety and maintenance checks and ensure the safety standards are met across the entire HV activity programme.

The Activity Supervisor should have good knowledge and experience of working with children and running activities. Supervisory experience is also advantageous. In the absence of the Activity Manager the supervisor will be expected to oversee the operation.

We’re looking for supervisors and managers with a forward-thinking attitude and approach, and someone who has the ability to work under pressure.

This role will see you work in a diverse team, so experience of that is essential, as well as possessing a proven track record in achieving excellent customer service.
