They’re the fun loving creative, who constantly enjoys coming up with new pieces of content that keeps our prospects and customers gripped. They sketch drawings. They tell stories. They always imagine things through the lens of a camera. They love interacting with people on social media and producing the unpredictable that leaves people thirsting for more. They play a key role in keeping us fresh and relevant across all of our marketing content so we convert more prospects to members and guests and, in turn, to advocates and fans. 

Let’s talk about what you’ll be doing…
Being a Content Marketing Lead puts you right in the heart of our Commercial Marketing team working alongside IT, Operations (the people that work in the clubs) and our customers, where you’ll understanding who our customers are and what content flicks their switch. You’ll also be responsible for getting the most out of our third-party relationships with our SEO agency, design partners, photographers, videographers and fitness instructors. You’ll write our customer communications, our press releases, our website copy, as well as manager our social. You’ll be responsible for our content roadmap, so we have the very best content offering of all of our competitors by continuing to build upon and improve what we do.

  • Video and photography for a really varied leisure brand (golf, gym, swim, group exercise classes, hotels, lodges, food and drink, creche and more!)

  • Content strategy and planning
  • Content that delivers business performance

How are you going to get there?
We’re looking for someone who can create and manage marketing content across our business. So, it’s important that you are creative and full of ideas, but you can also work with and manage other creative individuals and companies. You’ll work fast to get more out there. And you’ll know how to generate a response from different types of people. Ability to write fluently is essential. An interest and skill in design would be very useful. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills are also essential. Plus, you’ll enjoy a great salary with amazing benefits from the start!

Duration: Full time, permanent role
Location: Home working with occasional travel to our clubs 

Requirements: At least 3+ years’ experience in a content creation role.

Salary: up to £30,000 + benefits
