General Manager (boutique female studio) - Saudi Arabia

Our partner is a fantastic, purpose-driven boutique fitness brand rapidly becoming a highly respected operator across the Middle East and beyond.

Due to continued expansion, we are seeking a sales-focused female General Manager based in Jeddah who will be fully accountable to the delivery of the studios business objectives.

The successful candidate will be an accomplished fitness business professional who is highly agile and adaptable to change. Capable of pivoting from tactical execution to strategic thinking several times a day, you will be excited to build an environment that allows your team to reach their fullest potential whilst building an insatiable desire in your members to maintain their routine.

This is a P&L responsibility position, meaning you will be comfortable in leading in all areas of the business and delivering exceptional customer service. You will naturally be highly passionate about all things fitness and a shining example of positive energy, radiating light into every room and situation.

With our partner having recently secured significant investment, there is a very real possibility that you will be given the opportunity to grow into an Operations Director position as the portfolio expands (performance dependent).

Fluency in Arabic is not essential although you must be fluent in English. You must be willing to relocate to the beautiful city of Jeddah on the Red Sea coast.
