• Salary: £35 – 40k PRO RATA - 4 days per week

Who are we?

The East London Pub Co was founded in 2014. We have 3 incredible pubs with a new restaurant opening in December in the heart of the Westend / Soho and more opening next year

We are a small independent company who are looking for an outstanding and highly skilled Personal Assistant to join the company.

We also have a sister company in Ireland that consists of 5 restaurants

The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, experience, knowledge of Hospitality and project management. The perfect candidate will be tech savvy and have a great knowledge of social media.

The role?

Assisting our CEO with daily tasks, project management and business duties, we are looking for a highly organised PA that can multitask, be proactive and has a zest for life!

Requirements & experience?

• Diary management
• Manage emails
• Efficiently organise all meetings
• Attend all meetings and take notes / minutes and follow up
• Arrange personal meetings and arrange personal diary including travel arrangements
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent Organisation skills
• You must have willingness to help others, be sensitive and understand privacy
• Must be sufficient in all IT packages and have excellent attention to detail
• Have experience in hospitality would be highly beneficial
• Potential travel to Ireland might be required at times
