Your role at Signature
Our Head of Customer Experience will be a confident leader, working with senior managers across all departments to ensure the delivery of an exceptional resident experience in each of our homes.Reporting to the Sales and Brand Director, your role will span quality assurance, people management, stakeholder management and system and project management. You will support the development and delivery of business improvement plans and will be responsible for driving the overall resident experience. You will monitor the quality of service provided in our homes, identifying areas for improvement or concern and execute a plan to fix any challenges that arise. You will be responsible for developing and supporting resident committee meetings, developing and maintaining standard operating procedures, ensuring compliance with all CQC standards and completing regular audits, monitoring governance across the Signature group. You will demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, an ability to quickly establish credibility and build rapport and trust among key stakeholders.
