Fitness Director - Riyadh

Our partner is a super-premium operator on an admirable mission to impact enormous change to the Saudi Arabian fitness industry.

This senior management position will take-on full product responsibility and enjoy a pivotal role in revenue generation, team leadership and strategic development.

The successful candidate will already be an accomplished multisite leader who is motivated to lead lasting change to the sector through a position of influence. It is therefore expected that applicants will have a minimum of 5 years (sector) senior management experience and a minimum of 10 years total fitness industry experience. 

The executive will be able to present how high-performance has been achieved in previous or current positions and demonstrate why they are widely recognised considered as a leader of fitness.

A full and complete understanding of training methodologies, the management of headcount pipeline, incentive creation, and the coaching of high-performers will complement an enviable toolbox of ability.
