Breakfast Supervisor Overview:
We are looking for a Breakfast Supervisor to welcome our guests at breakfast. The Breakfast Supervisor's role is to ensure the restaurant consistently operates to a 2 AA Rosette standard and make every breakfast 'an occasion' for its guests. The Breakfast Supervisor will ensure that the Restaurant is correctly laid up prior to service and that all stations and designated areas are left tidy after service. The Breakfast Supervisor will organise and supervise team members to ensure that high standards are consistently maintained and procedures are followed.


  • We are looking for an experienced Waiter/Waitress with strong supervisory skills. You should be a good team leader and be committed to customer care and service excellence. Basic Food Hygiene and Train the Trainer certificates are an advantage but not essential.
