A new kind of drinking and dining establishment for Manchester Airport, The Bridgewater Exchange is inspired by the centuries of great pub heritage of the north of England and delivers it with a contemporary finesse. The Bridgewater Exchange will be launching the first airside microbrewery in the World which will be on display in its own self-contained room with viewing windows for guests to enjoy, adding both fantastic theatre and brewing experience.

Your job as a Second Chef:

• Support the Head Chef in managing the operation of the Kitchen including the development and growth of people, sales and profits
• Motivate and inspire your team through a genuine passion for hospitality
• Supporting the Head Chef in managing the kitchen in accordance with established company standards, policies and procedures
• Drive sales by ensuring guest satisfaction
• Maximise profits by controlling food and labour costs
