Maintenance & Sublet Person - Guildford

We are seeking a Maintenance & Sublet Person to work to help maintain our stunning Edgeley Holiday Park near Guildford. The successful candidate will be experienced in maintenance, repairs and pool management including general repairs, pool plant management, sewerage system maintenance and other sublet repairs . You will report to the Park Manager.

Our ideal Maintenance & Sublet Person will have the following skills and experience:

- Hold a valid full UK driving licence

- Enjoy working outdoors

- Have varied skills to maintain standards: maintenance, sublet repairs, pool management, pool plant management, sewerage maintenance

- Pool Plant Operator Qualification

- Some experience of sewerage systems and maintenance

- Be able to work on your own initiative

- Awareness of Health and Safety legislation and working in a safe manner

- Have excellent customer service and people skills

- Able to work shifts between 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Covering any days of the week on a rota basis

Hours: 45 hours over 5 days including weekends and Bank Holidays especially during peak periods (e.g. school holidays)
