1. Head Chef (Healthy Concept)

We are looking for a talented Head Chef focusing on Japanese & Italian Cuisines to manage the kitchen team, ensure and enhance guest satisfaction while ensuring all company standards are met during service. He/she will manage kitchen recruitment, scheduling, training, financial management, marketing and event planning.

Requirements:

  • Previous proven experience of low calories/low diet cooking
  • Minimum of 5 years' or more kitchen managerial experience in high profile, fast paced F&B outlets.
  • Fluency in English is a must, other languages are advantageous
  • Strong people skills, able to work with a wide variety of people
  • Great leadership skills
  • Degree or related culinary certificates

2. Sous Chef (Italian & Japanese Cuisines)

The right candidate will report to the Head Chef and be responsible for overseeing the kitchen team members- scheduling and delivering training, managing team member performance, ensuring that the kitchen safety standards are up to date and that team members are complying with health safety and sanitation rules. Additionally, you will help with menu planning, inventory control, and supply management.

Requirements:

  • Previous proven experience of low calories/low diet cooking
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience on same role in high profile, fast paced F&B outlets.
  • Fluency in English is a must, other languages are advantageous
  • Strong people skills, able to work with a wide variety of people
  • Great leadership skills
  • Degree or related culinary certificates

3. Chef de Partie

  • Minimum of 3 years on same role in preparing Italian & Japanese cuisines
  • Proven experience of working on healthy concept
  • Diploma or related culinary certificates
  • Great communication skills, well organized and focused on health, safety and sanitation rules.

4. Baristas

As a Barista, you will be requested to prepare and serve hot and cold beverages which include various types of smoothies, juices, coffees and teas. You will educat customers on the drinks menu, make recommendations based on their preferences, up-sell special items and taking orders while ensuring to keep the bar area clean.

Requirements:

  • Great customer service and communication skills with attention to details
  • Minimum 2 years previous work experience as a Barista
  • Hands-on experience with brewing equipment.
  • Diploma or related certificates
