Aztec Hotel and Spa are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic team leader to run the day to day service of an exciting new food and drink concept. The black sheep coffee kitchen social is a reimagined coffee shop and bar serving delicious homemade small plates to hotels residents, workers on the business park and the local community.

Your day to day;

• Greet each one of our valued guests with a genuine smile
• Taking and serving food and drink orders
• Giving our guests the warmest hospitality and ensuring they want to return!
• Ensure that all service areas are ready to receive customers at the designated times
• Monitor that prescribed standards for food and beverage are being met
• Supervise the service activity throughout the service periods

• Ensure that Café and Bar areas are cleaned down after service in the correct manner and to the specified standard Exhibit a high level of social interaction with our customers
• Maintain a high level of personal hygiene and appearance at all times
• Display initiative and leadership,
• To ensure that the operation complies with all statutory requirements demanded of a hotel

Who are we looking for?

1. Previous experience in this or a similar role
2. You must have a good work ethic and be able to work in line with the Company’s standards
3. To represent the Company and the property in a loyal, professional and knowledgeable manner at all times
4. To demonstrate knowledge of the Company’s Health & Safety Procedure and Fire Procedure
5. You must be able to conform to all of the Rules and Regulations outlined in the Staff Contract, in addition to those established by the F and B manager
6. Loves to deliver great guest experience and is a natural at coaching and training others
