Reed’s School is one of the leading Independent Secondary Day and Boarding Schools in the country, providing an education for over 750 pupils. The School is all-boys from 11-16 and has a co-educational Sixth Form. Reed’s School has recently merged with Ripley Court School, a popular independent co-educational preparatory school for 3-11 year olds set in 19 acres of beautiful Surrey countryside including extensive playing fields and a Forest School.

We are looking to recruit an individual with excellent organisational, customer service and interpersonal skills to assist the RSE Deputy Manager in the day to day running of the Reed’s School shop. The role-holder will assist in selling school uniform, sports equipment and kit for both schools, carrying out audits of stock and liaising with suppliers.

Applicants must be able to effectively communicate with pupils, parents and staff to ensure an efficient, professional and friendly service at all times.  Previous experience of working within a retail role is desirable.

The role-holder will predominantly work from the Reed’s School site in Cobham, but will be required to work from the Ripley Court site regularly.

The hours of work will be 12.00pm to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday, and this will be an all year round role to include school holidays.
