Salary: £20,298 per annum (pro rata based on 50 weeks) - (Subject to change pending the implementation of a new job evaluation scheme)

Hours:

• Ashton Leisure Centre - 35.25 hours term time and 16 hours non term time
• Leigh Leisure Centre - 22.5 hours term time and 15.25 hours non term time
• Hindley Pool - 24.75 hours term time and 13 hours non term time

Contract Type: Permanent (50 weeks a year)

Inspiring healthy lifestyles is a registered charity delivering a wide range of leisure and wellbeing activities across the Wigan and Leigh.  We are looking for enthusiastic, fun and passionate Swimming Teachers to join our friendly and professional team and do, what you do best; instil a lifesaving skill; the ability to swim.

You will need to be motivated and have dedication to teaching swimming to all ages. You will need to demonstrate flexibility as our working patterns are between the hours of 9.30am – 7.00pm Monday to Friday and 8.00am – 1.00pm Saturday and Sunday our centres across the Wigan and Leigh area.

Skills and qualities required:

Successful applicants must have:

• Swim England / STA Level 2 Teaching Aquatics Qualification.
• NPLQ or NRASTC qualification or equivalent
