Duty Manager - 1 Life - Great Dunmow

Salary: Up to £19,000
Full Time – Immediate Start

An exciting opportunity exists for a current Duty Manager, or a Fitness professional looking to develop their career.

Reporting to the General Manager, the successful candidate will have a passion for delivering customer excellence. The Duty Manager will be responsible for the day to day operation of the centre including the fitness facility, health and safety, customer care, cleanliness, swimming pool operations, reception and membership sales. The post holder will work on a rota basis including early mornings, evenings and weekends, working an average of 39 hours per week.

Applicants should hold a Level 2 Fitness qualification, a first aid qualification and currently hold, or have the ability to achieve a Swimming Pool Rescue qualification.

The successful candidate will be passionate about the fitness industry, have excellent communication skills, flexibility and a total commitment to customer service.
