Beauty Therapist - South West London

The Health Concierge specialise in the residential sector, providing Health and wellness services, ranging from Personal training to Beauty treatments. We work with a variety of clients to ensure their residents receive the highest standard of service, without compromise.

Key Points of the Role

  • To provide a warm, courteous and prompt welcome on arrival for all residents and visitors
  • Coordinates beauty treatment bookings, ensuring the quality, standards and expectations of the residents are met on a daily basis
  • Performing luxury beauty treatments in a way suited to our client’s individual needs. Ensuring a personalized bespoke service is maintained for every individual resident
  • Actively and positively engage with residents, colleagues, visitors, clients and our service providers to ensure a seamless service experience can be created
  • Attention to detail on all aspects of the job
  • Actively listen and respond positively to resident’s questions, concerns, and requests and use specific process to resolve issues, delight, and build trust
  • Interacts with residents to obtain feedback on quality of product, service levels and overall satisfaction
  • Ensure that a great working relationship is maintained with our client and other departments within the building
  • To check, read and action e-mails and other requests regularly and on a timely basis
  • Actively promoting your services to all the residents and visitors and to work closely with all service providers

Experience &Qualifications

  • A minimum of two years’ previous experience working in a customer service environment, preferably within a 5 star hotel or similar hospitality industry
  • Experienced in a high standard beauty therapy role to NVQ Level 3
