Head Chef

Head Chef - Retallack Holiday Resort

We are looking for an experienced Head Chef to join our team at Retallack holiday resort. Showing outstanding leadership and striving for the best in all that they do, the Head Chef will have solid knowledge and experience of leading a busy kitchen.

As a Head Chef you will be responsible for:

• Leading the kitchen team, setting an example with high standards of presentation and customer service.
• Display excellent quality control and standards which are embedded within the wider team.
• Display high levels of food control and food safety processes
• Managing budgets and margins to ensure the ongoing profitability of the restaurant
• Work with senior management to help develop the next seasons menus for roll out across all resorts
