Our Daylesford family is growing, and we are looking for x2 Fulfilment Team Members to join our Supply & Logistics team in Kingham for 2 months fixed term. 

Part time contract, based on a minimum of 24 hours per week with paid overtime. Flexibility will be required including working on weekends throughout December. Salary will be £9 per hour.

About you

As a Fulfilment Team member, you will be supporting the Supply & Logistics team with a wide range of duties at our Cotswolds farm site. You'll be helping with the daily tasks, handling orders, gift packaging, quality checking goods, customising products for customers and processing refunds. You must have a passion for ensuring that customers receive a first-class experience throughout the whole process.

The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude who is self-motivated and proactive in all tasks they are faced with and remain enthusiastic even when doing repetitive tasks like fulfilling daily orders. 

Main responsibilities

  • To assist with online & personal shopping picking, packing & despatch ensuring best possible presentation, quality and shelf life
  • To assist with setup & maintenance of the online shop
  • To complete online orders, assist with customers enquiries and process refunds
  • To work closely with the Guest Services team to ensure excellent customer service as well as the Warehouse and Distribution team
  • To keep the Ecom area of the fresh warehouse clean and organised
  • To keep track of product stock levels, ensure date rotation and replenish products as needed
  • To assist with monthly store stock take and ensure minimum variance between system and physical stock
