The Management Company should have a motivated team to provide a community hub for an epic pub experience with an additional focus of driving sales. The Management Company should look to drive exceptional standards and have experience of running a busy kitchen, launching the pub's new menu and keeping an exceptional pint of beer.

Excellent hosting skills are crucial to run this busy pub. The Swan is home to local sporting teams and has a comprehensive sports offer guests enjoy. The pub has a lovely front bar with darts and a pool table, an open and very popular dining area which can be cordoned off for meetings, special occasions and local events, as well as a stunning beer garden.
