Wage: £10.50 per hr

We are looking for Chefs who are excited about introducing Londoners to Polish food, as well as providing Poles with a taste of home. At Mamuśka! you will be amazingly fast on the line when it is busy and producing large batches of delicious Polish food from traditional recipes throughout the day.

Duties Include:

• Processing tickets and plating meals
• Pan-frying (schabowy), deep-frying fish and krokiety and boiling pierogi
• Making large batches of soups such as rosół and żurek
• Co-ordinating and executing our Delivery Service with the Front of House
• Running the kitchen shift from time to time when the Head Chef is off
• and so much more!
