A rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced manager with a proven track record of
strong leadership and commercial success. The successful candidate will assume management responsibilities of a large leisure facility including, wet, dry, fitness and events facilities as well as a community cafe?, whilst exceeding the contract specification and working in partnership with Wythenshawe Trust and MCR Active. This role will include facilities management and partnership working with seven other stake holder’s who reside within the Wythenshawe Forum.

We need a Contract Manager who can:

• Be passionate and determined to drive forward new business, to exceed sales and revenue targets whilst remaining focused on customer service and retention
• Demonstrate exceptional leadership qualities and strong management skills to maximise the overall profitability of the facility
• Manage their time and ensure deadlines are met for reporting and exciting projects
• Manage health and safety standards across the facility
• Create a fun and friendly environment in which you are a role model of professionalism, honesty and integrity as you interact with your team and centre users
• Drive community engagement and participation across the facilities to meet the key aims of Everyone Active, Wythenshawe Trust and MCR Active
• Manage a large experienced team to deliver exceptional performance in all aspects of the business and contract
