As a key front line team member, this position is a key contributor to the hotel's success - responsible for greeting all guests on arrival and ensure that their experience at the hotel is evoked with excitement making them feel welcome, comfortable and at ease.

The ideal applicant will be an enthusiastic team player with examples of exceptional communication and excellent organisational skills and you’ll demonstrate a positive ambition to be at your best every day! You will have attained grade 4 in Maths and English GCSE, and possess the drive and commitment to complete your Hospitality Team Member level 2 qualification during your 12 month contract with us here at The Grand.
