Regional Support Partner - Support Office, Beaconsfield

Your role at Signature

As our Regional Support Partner, you will be responsible for providing clinical operational support and expertise to all Signature care homes. You will work closely with Regional Directors, General Managers and Care Home Managers to support the delivery of the highest quality care standards, positive clinical outcomes and business improvement plans, driving continuous development throughout our homes.

You will work with the Regional Director to monitor the quality of service provision in homes, you will coach and mentor home-based teams, and you will monitor and ensure the accurate production of quality indicators and metrics at home level. You will support General Managers with the implementation of the quality framework, analysis of trends and effective management of clinical risk, and you will work with them to develop focused quality improvements in homes.

In addition, your role will include aspects of people management. You will assist in the induction of senior team members, support in the development and implementation of employee change programmes, identify the training needs of staff and work with the operations teams to meet these needs.

We require our Regional Support Partner to be a qualified registered nurse with a valid NMC pin. General management experience, including experience of working across more than one care setting, would be an advantage.
