Vice President of Human Resources

The Vice-President of Human Resources is a member of the Executive Team and is accountable for the overall effectiveness of the Human Resources division. This includes setting the vision for a portfolio of Hotels, developing key objectives and monitoring performance for the talented Human Resource team.

This is a core leadership role with a strong focus on employee engagement, succession planning, recruitment, training and development, diversity, inclusion and team relations. As a member of the leadership team, this position engages and contributes to overall strategic discussions for the region and Hotel portfolio. This role will suit an up to date, progressive and inspirational HR Executive who can lead and inspire the company of professionals to brilliance. A most impressive remuneration package is offered.

Requirements:

• Experience from a leading Hotel Group in a multi - unit, Executive HR role
• A University Degree with HR specialisation
• Right to work status
