Bridge Leisure is an independent holiday park operator, who own and manage holiday parks located in England and Scotland. Now more than ever, the way our customers talk to us is changing and we have a fantastic opportunity to join our friendly team; playing a crucial role in delivering a great guest experience.

No two days working in our Contact Centre team are the same. In recognition of higher volume of enquiries across a broader range of platforms, we need someone to work on three key areas:

  • Social Media Messaging
  • Live Website Chat
  • Customer Reviews

Helping to shape the way we engage with everyone from:

  • prospective guests
  • existing bookings
  • first-impression holiday enquiries
  • everything in between.

We understand holidays are emotive – it’s a special time people spend with the people they love and as such we really value the importance of bespoke and personable experiences and customer care.

Supported by our Social Media and Contact Centre Teams, your working day will be varied:

  • Speaking to guests in real time on a web chat
  • Sweeping our social media inboxes to respond to daily enquiries
  • Liaising with our park teams to form professional and factual public-facing responses and resolutions to customer reviews and experiences.
  • As our parks are located all over the UK you’ll be regularly checking in with our park teams to answer enquires and check information.

You may also be asked to support wider facilities such as telephone and email enquiries depending on the needs of the business but will always have a helpful team to support you every step of the way.

On occasion, weekend work may be required to support demand in lieu of time off during the week, so some flexibility would be preferable. There may also be the opportunity to visit our holiday parks on site visits.
