As a General Manager, you will truly utilise your leisure management and sales experience to ensure that your club is performing. You will lead a team to deliver an outstanding member experience, ensure service standards are consistently high and sell a fitness product that you truly believe in.

In addition, you will be a commercially astute General Manager with the responsibility for Club EBITDA, member retention and growth, operational standards and member experience.

Responsibilities:

• Control club costs, manage the Personal Trainers, sales and front of house teams to maximise growth and member experience.
• Drive growth in our personal training and group exercise offering.
• Work on the front line to ensure the club is well maintained, clean, safe and compliant with brand standards.

Skills and Experience:

• Well-rounded General Manager.
• Experience of working to EBITDA/P&L.
• Experience in managing fitness product, operations, and sales within a commercial-gym environment as a Club Manager or General Manager.
• A real passion for health and fitness.
