Sous Chef - The Lakes Rookley
We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join our team at the Lakes Rookley holiday resort. Showing strong ability and striving for the best in all that they do, the Sous Chef will have solid knowledge and experience of working in a busy kitchen.
Reporting to the Head Chef, the Sous Chef will be an integral part of the kitchen team, embedding the highest standards and quality in all they do, and ensure quality and service is at the forefront of the kitchen offering. They will display high levels of food control and food safety processes, whilst managing their budgets and margins to ensure the ongoing profitability of the restaurant.
The Sous Chef will be working various shifts which will involve evenings, weekends and early mornings. On occasion this may also involve working split shifts.
This is a 24 hour contract with additional hours available during peak times.
Part-time hours: 24 per week
