Prep Chef - Honiton

We are currently looking for a highly organised Prep Chef. 

Ideally you will be an experienced chef, comfortable on all sections at Chef de Partie level.

You will need to be confident in your skills and able to work independently as you will be contributing to the overall success of our kitchen and restaurant.

You will be working with a menu that is influenced by the kitchen garden and the local area which can change daily. You will need to be passionate about good food and fresh locally sourced ingredients. This will be a challenging role but rewarding where you can take ownership for your work.
