We are currently looking for a dedicated, organised Pastry Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team, at one of the most exciting award-winning hotel and restaurant groups in the UK.
A Pastry Chef de Partie role at THE PIG is like no other, you will be working with a menu that is influenced by the kitchen garden and the local area which can change by the hour. This can be challenging at times but very rewarding.
As a PIG Pastry Chef de Partie you will oversee and manage one of our Pastry sections. You will be responsible for the junior staff on the section so good people management skills are needed.
We want our Pastry Chef de Parties to be as passionate and enthusiastic about modern British food and classic deserts as we are.
