About the Role

The role of a Production Flow Analyst in our fully automated depot, involves creating and managing the daily plans for the whole warehouse operation, working with the management team to monitor progress and re-allocating resource where required

You'll be responsible for:

• Identifying errors and directing Vanderlande maintenance engineers to them
• Ensuring that all areas of the operation are aligned to meet the service requirements
• Reviewing the flow efficiency daily, advising on ways to continuously improve and driving change
• Providing reports on efficiency and analysing to identify areas of opportunity
• Driving compliance in all areas

About You

You will have the ability to challenge and influence at all levels, working closely with all stakeholders and building strong networks and relationships. You will need to have outstanding communication skills, and be confident using IT. You will need to be flexible in your working pattern and comfortable working in a fast-paced dynamic environment. Along with your ability to analyse data, you'll be a strong problem solver and thrive working as part of a team.
