We are currently looking for a highly organised and reliable Junior Sous Chef to join our kitchen team at one of the most exciting and award-winning hotel and restaurant groups in the UK.

A Junior Sous Chef role at THE PIG is like no other. You will be working with a menu that is influenced by the kitchen garden and can change daily. You will assist the Sous Chef and the Head Chef in overseeing the kitchen, providing new ideas for the menu, and managing Chefs on your section, knowledge of all areas of the kitchen is essential.

We want you to be as passionate about modern British food and sustainability as we are. Previous experience in a similar role is required, along with the passion and drive to work as part of a succesful team.
