- Job Title: Kitchen Porter Part Time Live Out Ref HF 20107
- Location: Harrington House Hotel, Bourton-on-the-Water, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, GL54 2BY
- Hours of work: 16 per week.
- Hourly rate: £8.21 - £8.72 per hour depending on age
Job brief:
To assist kitchen staff in the preparation of consumable items and to clean working areas.
The roles’ responsibilities include but not limited to:
- To assist kitchen staff in the preparation of consumable items.
- To clean all kitchen and food preparation areas.
- To clean all kitchen equipment.
- To prepare vegetables and salads.
- To assist in the preparation of picnic lunches.
- To clean outside dustbin areas and to dispose of rubbish in line with House requirements.
- To help to lift and move heavy equipment.
- To engage and interact with guests in a way that promotes a warm and friendly atmosphere within the Country House Hotel.
