We are currently looking for a confident & experienced Senior Chef de Rang to join our dedicated and passionate Food & Beverage team at one of the most exciting and award-winning hotel and restaurant groups in the UK.

The PIG on the beach is situated along Studland Bay, a truly rural location, with uninterrupted views of the long stretches of Dorset's sandy coastlines.

The restaurant is the beating heart of our restaurant with rooms concept. The menus are written around what is available in our walled Kitchen Garden or delivered to the door from the local suppliers. Along with our main restaurant we also offer outside dining beside our smoky wood-oven and private spaces within our roundhouses!

We want our teams to bring their personality to the job in hand and enjoy where they work. As a Senior Chef de Rang, you will be at backbone of the day to day running of our dining spaces. You will work closely with our Restaurant Management to deliver our daily changing menu in a fun yet coherent way. Each day will never be the same as we strive to provide a relaxed and informal setting to our guests, as well as offer bespoke private dining experiences for those seeking something a little different.

Ideally, we are seeking for a Chef de Rang with a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience working with a similar role/ establishment. You must also have the existing right to work in the UK.
