Responsibilities of the Restaurant Supervisor

• To be confident in providing a professional but informal level of service
• Show integrity through your menu knowledge, providing the best service for your guests
• Take pride in preparing the restaurant for service and cleaning down at the end of each day
• Assist the Restaurant Manager and Assistant Restaurant Manager in bringing new ideas to the table which can be utilised to improve standards 
• Support the restaurant management with training and development of restaurant team
• To be confident in handling guest requirements, special requests and complaints
• Take ownership in the smooth running of the restaurant in management's absence

Restaurant Supervisor -  About You

• Experience in working in a busy restaurant or gastro pub environment
• Confidence in talking to and serving guests
• You will have a keen eye for detail, organisational skills and confident in communicating with the team
