Weekend Telephonist - Forest Row

16 Hours a week, Saturday & Sunday

The team at Ashdown Park Hotel & Country Club are brilliant at ensuring all of our guests enjoy a distinctively memorable experience with unparalleled levels of service.
As a first point of contact for many of our guests, you will set the tone for their experience at Ashdown Park, so a good telephone manner and communication skills are vitally important. Working as part of our friendly reception team, you will be professional and courteous, ensuring all calls are dealt with promptly, offering a seamless service.
You will also be responsible for operating the pager system for locating members of staff and management.There will be some administration duties and the telephonists must be prepared to cover the front Reception desk if required.

Telephonist Key Skills

• Previous experience within the hotel industry is desired, however, training will be given. Good telephone manner and a friendly and polite personality Good communicator with a clear voice and a fluent understanding of spoken and written English. Knowledge of Excel would be advantageous.
