Senior Rowing Coach - Girls Rowing - Bedford Modern School
We wish to appoint a high calibre Senior Coach to enhance our rowing programme. A dynamic, inspirational and experienced coach, the successful candidate will be able to work with novice crew’s right through to the senior squad, assisting the Director of Rowing with the day to day running of the Boat Club, with a particular focus on Girls rowing.
The role requires a coach who holds a British Rowing or equivalent qualification, with a proven record of success with young rowers, and a good working knowledge of British Rowing RowSafe document.
This role can be offered as either full or part time, but will include weekends and unsocial hours. There will also be the necessity to accompany our students on rowing trips including tours, training camps and regattas
Candidates are welcomed from a teaching or non-teaching background, however, experience of working with young people in a sporting or educational environment is essential.
Salary: Competitive according to experience
