Housekeeping Supervisor – Evenings

Lime Wood, Lyndhurst, Hampshire

Evenings Shifts: 4pm – 10pm (5 days a week on rota basis)

We are currently looking for a hardworking and dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to join our friendly housekeeping team.

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be ensuring that all bedrooms and public areas of the hotel are up to standard, clean and presentable at all times. Excellent organisational skills are required along with the ability to respectfully handover any responsibilities to/from the morning team.

During the evenings, you will be responsible for the turn down service according to the time scheduled for each room, making sure we deliver our service without disturbing our guests.  You will need to ensure that a five-star service is delivered by attending to their needs. In addition, you will be required to check all public areas and ensure any assigned area’s adhere to health and safety guidelines.

As a Housekeeping Supervisor you will need to assign and carrying out sanitisation and Covid-19 related processes to maintain the safety and well-being of our staff and hotel guests. Other responsibilities may also include stock control and the preparation of orders for any stock that is required, plus additional duties assigned by our Head Housekeeper.

Maintaining standards within the hotel requires an excellent eye for detail, strong communication and people management skills. Experience in a similar role is essential. You must have the existing right to work in the UK and ideally your own transport to/from the hotel.
